Description
Shifty Beggar is a water-based pomade – gel type, but with the addition of bentonite clay, which helps it retain high texture and volume. This is what makes Beggar so universal and works well for many types of hairstyles. The sheen of our Beggar is moderate – slightly lower than most gel-type pomades, but certainly higher than the dry matte of most clays. You’ll get a crop with an aggressive, slightly shiny cut as well as a classic side part.
The fragrance composition of Shifty Beggar is far from poor. The elegant, fern-oriental blend is dominated by tart, fruity notes of pomegranate and blackcurrant, combined with a light, subtle lavender. With time, the more woody side of the fragrance emerges, thanks to the combination of cedar, oak and vetiver. Beggar’s volatile nature finally gives way to an oriental blend of sweet tonka and musk, with the seductive addition of amber and cashmere
